At Athlete to Athlete, we pay mentors via direct deposit based on the sessions completed and logged through post-meeting forms.

Mentorship Session Payments

Mentors are paid twice per month for all billed mentorship sessions:

• On the 5th of each month → covers sessions from the 16th through the end of the previous month
• On the 20th of each month → covers sessions from the 1st through the 15th

Example: If you hold a session on August 17th and submit your post-meeting form that day, it will be paid out on September 5th.

Intro Call Payments

Payments for intro calls are processed every Tuesday and include any calls completed and submitted between the previous Friday - Thursday before payout.

Example: If you complete and submit a call anytime from Friday through Thursday, it will be paid out on the following Tuesday.

Pay Rates

Mentors are paid at a rate of $40/hour, broken down as follows:

• 15-minute intro call: $10
• 30-minute session: $20
• 45-minute session: $30
• 60-minute session: $40

Important: Submit Your Post-Meeting & Post-Intro Forms

To receive payment, you must complete a form after every session or intro call.

Only sessions with a submitted form will be processed for payment.

Tip: Submit your form right after the session to ensure timely payment.
