Once the program is confirmed, you’ll receive a text from Noelle with program details. You’ll also get additional resources on how to prepare for mentorship sessions, along with a link to your post-session form for logging each meeting.
You’ll then be added to a group chat with the youth athlete, their guardian, and Noelle. This chat is your primary communication channel and should be used for all mentorship-related coordination, including scheduling, sharing your Google Meet link, and sending reminders or updates.
All sessions are conducted via Google Meet. You’re responsible for creating and sharing the link ahead of each session. To learn how to set up a Google Meet Link, click here.
Mentorship is designed to unfold over multiple weeks, so setting a consistent meeting rhythm is key. A steady schedule builds trust, creates structure, and gives your youth athlete something to look forward to.
